The book is such a simple read with exercises to go along with what Jason talks about in each chapter. It comes from his great experiences in life and successes and failures and is a great way to train your mind to be different and succeed in LIFE and sports! I would highly recommend this book to any individual looking to improve as well as for high school and college teams to read for their athletes. Keep up the great work! Awesome book!

I have read Jason’s first book, WHY NOT ME. It was a wealth of knowledge about the trials and tribulations about his life, and how he overcame them. Whatever he puts his mind to he achieves at a high level! I just received his new book, “keep climbing”, today. It’s inspiring, and motivating. I can’t wait to utilize some of these strategies to achieve my goals.
